Soon to rise was PRINCE JUN CONDOMINIUM. The Group’s maiden project is an eight-storey commercial and residential building located at 42 Timog Avenue, Quezon City, featuring 89 units. The PROJECT STARTED in MARCH 1992 and was completed two years later. The success of the project firmly established the Group’s reputation in the industry and signaled bigger undertakings ahead.

Soon after, the group built PRINCE GREGORY CONDOMINIUM. A 12-storey commercial and residential building located at 105 12th Ave., Cubao, Quezon City. The 125-unit structure began construction in 1993 and was finished just a year later, an impressive accomplishment by any standards.

The group's third project was PRINCE JOHN CONDOMINIUM, a 12-storey commercial and residential building featuring 73 units. The structure sits in the corner of P.Tuazon St. and 18th Avenue, in Cubao Quezon City

Not one to rest on its Laurels, group embarked on its next, and decidedly more ambitious project. PRINCE DAVID CONDOMINIUM is a twenty-level condominium along Katipunan Avenue in Loyola Heights, Quezon City. With 296 units, 3-level basement parking, 3-level commercial zone, and 14 levels of residential units, PRINCE DAVID has become one of the most-sought properties in the UP, Ateneo and Miriam Area.
