The Units don’t stay vacant when a previous tenant ends his or her lease, I will only need to wait around two weeks for a new tenant to rent the unit. Most of our tenants are students and they stay in the units until they graduate. They like that the towers are a mere walking distances to their school. My eldest child resided in Tower I when she was still studying in UST. She saw that it is a good investment option and now that she already has a job she got her own unit at Tower V.
